NORTELs 2010-11 Captain vs Chairman match play event

We returned to Potters Bar Golf club for this year's Captain vs Chairman match play event. The weather was forecast to be very dismal and we were considering calling the whole event off - bearing in mind the rain that had fallen at the Ryder Cup 2010 Celtic Manor course the previous day that was heading east for the Friday.
Dickie and Alban had discussed teams previously and
Suffice to say we didn't and the weather although not as good as we normally had was certainly not as bad as we had expected.

Potters Bar Golf course was in really good condition and whilst some of the greens were saturated they were both receptive and true but surprisingly very quick.
